This seminar is only available for Emerald City Karate students who are Yellow Belt or higher.
In this focused, high-energy training session, students will learn sparring techniques and strategies under the guidance of Sensei James. We’ll work on proper technique while building confidence and precision in a safe, supervised environment.
Whether you’re continuing your sparring training or looking to deepen your understanding of sparring tactics, this seminar is a fun and challenging opportunity to expand your skills and sharpen your karate.

If two members of the same family are attending both seminars, each may select the $20 price.
